Neal has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and has worked as a commercial realtor for Marathon Realty, A.E. LePage (now Royal LePage), Canada Permanent Trust and Western Mortgage. He has been a director of a number of Canadian public companies for over 10 years.
