The mission of Portrush Petroleum Corporation is to participate in full cycle exploration and development of North American oil and natural gas reserves.

Portrush is headed up by President and CEO, Martin Cotter, a professional engineer with extensive experience in the Canadian oil and gas Industry. Technical expertise is provided by several highly qualified and experienced independent explorationists.

The executive team draws on and directs the technical resources of joint venture partners to ensure that Portrush shareholders' funds are invested to maximize value. The Corporation's overall objective is to see that all dollars raised go directly into the ground rather than into corporate overhead.
